We’ve designed our BOOF display systems with love (and a lot of artist alley experience) — but like all good tools, they work best with a little care and common sense.

🎨 Color & Finish
Please note that actual panel colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Factors like lighting, 3D model rendering, monitor settings, and coating methods can affect how colors appear online. We do our best to show accurate visuals, but real-life lighting and production batches may add their own flair. The closest colour match are the actual panel photos that we provide with each BOOF listing.

🛠 Wear & Tear
Our booths are built to last through conventions, markets, and countless setups — but some light wear at the corners of the panels is completely normal. The panels clip in tightly to stay secure, and over time, the connection points may show gentle signs of friction. This won’t affect functionality and is usually not visible once the booth is assembled.

⚖️ Setup & Safety
Each booth is designed for sturdy, modular use — but good setup = good results. To keep your booth stable:
• Place heavier items toward the bottom and lighter items up top.
• Use weights or counterbalances when needed.
• Distribute weight evenly across panels and shelves.
• Snap each panel all the way into the bottom of the connector — this creates the tightest
fit with minimal gaps.
• Face the flat side of the connector outward for the cleanest, most stable finish.

A quick heads-up: Panels laid flat on the ground during setup can be slippery — please avoid stepping on them. Not only could you lose your footing, but it may also cause scuffing or stress on the plastic surface.

Our tip: Trust gravity, and don’t overthink it — just build with balance.

🔥 Heat & Outdoor Use
Our panels and coated metal parts are not designed for heat or weather exposure. Avoid placing them near stoves, heaters, or open flames. Prolonged direct sunlight or rain can affect finishes, especially during outdoor markets.

🧒 Small Parts Warning
Our booth kits contain small plastic connectors and accessories. Keep them out of reach of children — they may pose a choking hazard.

✈️ Transporting Your Booth
Packing your BOOF into a suitcase for a convention trip? Great idea. Just be sure to:
• Cushion metal parts to avoid scratches or dents.
• Keep sharp or heavy items from pressing against the plastic panels.
• Store everything flat to prevent bending or warping in transit.

📦 Weight Limit Reminder
Each four-corner supported panel is designed to hold up to 5 kg. Avoid overloading — it keeps your setup safe, secure, and long-lasting.

Artistbooths is created by artists, for artists — and we’re proud to provide a system that’s lightweight, reusable, and designed to evolve with your setup. If you have questions, we’re always here to help.

💬 What events are these booth displays suitable for?

Our modular display systems are perfect for artist alleys, comic cons, zine fairs, craft markets, trade shows, and small business pop-ups. If you’re selling prints, pins, jewellery, zines, charms, keychains, stickers, apparel, plushies, figurines, crochet crafts, stationery, enamel badges, tote bags, small canvas pieces, or any other art product — this booth setup has your back.

🧳 Are your booth systems easy to assemble and transport?

Yes! Our panels are lightweight and designed for an easy setup — no extra tools needed. Everything snaps into place using sturdy plastic connectors. For travel, the system packs down compactly and can fit in most checked luggage (please consider any size, weight, or other restrictions that your airline or local aviation laws might impose).

🖼️ Can I display prints, keychains, pins and small products?

Definitely. Our booths are made to showcase a variety of items:
• Use flat panels for art prints and mini posters
• Add shelves for sticker packs, pins, and figurines
• Use wire grid panels and BOOF Foldable Croc Hooks for charms, lanyards, or keychains

Each configuration is flexible and modular so you can display your work your way.

🌞 Are the booths heat- or weather-resistant?

Our displays are designed for indoor use. Avoid placing them near heaters, stoves, or direct sunlight, and keep them out of the rain — especially at outdoor markets. Coated panels and wire frames may be sensitive to heat and moisture over time.

🧱 How much weight can the panels or shelves hold?

Each four-corner supported panel is designed to support up to 5 kg. For best stability, place heavier items lower in the setup and avoid overloading any one section.

👶 Are the panels safe for kids or pets?

We recommend keeping small parts like connectors out of reach of young children — they can be a choking hazard. If you’re adapting the panels for pet enclosures or displays, please supervise animals at all times. Our systems aren’t chew-proof or rated for pet safety.

🔧 How do I keep my booth stable during events?

Balance and common sense go a long way. We recommend:
• Putting heavier items on the bottom
• Using table weights or counterbalances if your setup is tall or exposed to crowd traffic
• Making sure each panel is fully inserted into its connector
• Facing the flat side of each connector outward for best alignment

And a tip from experience: don’t step on panels during setup — they can be slippery when placed flat on the ground.

🎨 Will the colour match exactly what I see online?

We aim to represent our colours as accurately as possible, but slight variations can occur due to screen differences, lighting, and manufacturing batches. If colour matching is critical for your brand, reach out and we’ll do our best to help you pick the best option. The most accurate colour representation are the panel pictures that we present with each listing.

🧼 What’s normal wear and tear for these displays?

Over time, especially with repeated setup and pack-down, you may notice slight surface wear at panel corners or connector points. This is completely normal and doesn’t affect the function or appearance once assembled.

✈️ Any packing tips for flying with the booth?

Yes! Cushion metal parts to prevent dents or scratches, and avoid placing sharp or heavy objects directly against the plastic panels. Store panels flat to prevent bending, and always double-check baggage size/weight with your airline.
