Welcome to ArtistBooths.

ArtistBooths is a brand owned and operated by Pinbuds Pty Ltd (ABN: 35 670 797 038), a company registered in New South Wales, Australia.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any policies referenced herein. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Pinbuds Pty Ltd trading as ArtistBooths. Throughout the site, the terms "ArtistBooths", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Pinbuds Pty Ltd. We provide this website and our products subject to your acceptance of these Terms and all applicable policies.

2. Online Store Terms

By using our store, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory, you have authority to enter into these Terms, and you will not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Orders and Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after placement.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us at contact@artistbooths.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, we may not be able to cancel or modify the order, particularly during high-volume periods or once processing has commenced.

4. Product Information and Availability

We aim to describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or production batches. Minor cosmetic variations may occur due to handling or normal use.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue products or components at any time without notice.

5. Product Use, Care, and Safety

Our display systems are designed for use at conventions, artist alleys, markets, and trade shows.

By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and agree that light wear at corners, edges, and connector points is normal with regular assembly and disassembly. Stability depends on proper setup, weight distribution, and surface conditions. Heavier items should be placed lower, with lighter items positioned higher. Panels must be fully seated into connectors for safe use. Each four-corner supported panel has a maximum load of 5 kg.

Avoid stepping on panels placed on the ground. Do not expose products to open flames, prolonged extreme heat, rain, or direct sunlight. Small components should be kept out of reach of children, as they may pose a choking hazard.

Customers are responsible for the safe setup, use, and ongoing care of their booth system.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, correct errors, or cancel orders where pricing or listing errors are evident.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify's checkout platform.

7. Promotions and Partnership Pricing

7.1 General Promotions

From time to time we may offer general promotions, seasonal sales, site-wide discounts, bundle deals, or clearance pricing. These promotions apply only to orders placed during the advertised promotional period. Orders placed before or after a general promotion are not eligible for retroactive price adjustments.

7.2 Partnership Promotions

From time to time, ArtistBooths partners with conventions, events, or organisations to offer exclusive promotional pricing or bundles to their registered participants ("Partnership Promotions"). If you placed an order shortly before a Partnership Promotion was announced, you may be eligible for a retroactive price adjustment, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility window. The order must have been placed within 30 days prior to the Partnership Promotion's official announcement date. Orders placed after the announcement but during the active promotional period must apply the Partnership Promotion at checkout (for example, using the provided discount code); such orders are not eligible for retroactive adjustment.
  2. Eligibility criteria. You must meet the qualifying criteria of the Partnership Promotion (for example, being a registered artist or participant of the partner event) and provide proof of eligibility on request.
  3. Form of adjustment. Adjustments will be issued as a refund of the promotional discount amount to your original payment method. Promotional freebies or bundled items that are distributed directly by the partner (for example, at event check-in) are not duplicated by ArtistBooths.
  4. Request deadline. Price adjustment requests must be submitted to contact@artistbooths.com no later than 14 days after the Partnership Promotion's official announcement date, or 14 days after the Partnership Promotion ends, whichever is later. Requests must include your order number and proof of eligibility. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
  5. End of promotion is final. Once a Partnership Promotion has ended, no further retroactive adjustments, extensions, or honouring of the promotional terms will be granted for any order, whether placed before, during, or after the promotional period.
  6. Scope. This clause applies only to Partnership Promotions. It does not apply to general sales, seasonal discounts, site-wide promotions, clearance pricing, bundle deals, or any other discount not issued as part of a formal partnership.
  7. Discretion. ArtistBooths reserves the right to determine eligibility and to modify or discontinue this policy at any time. Orders placed outside the eligibility window are not eligible for retroactive adjustment under any circumstances.

8. Shipping

Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.

Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates only. ArtistBooths does not guarantee delivery by a specific date and is not liable if an order arrives later than expected or does not arrive in time for a planned event.

Customers are responsible for confirming delivery suitability before placing an order, especially for time-sensitive events.

United States orders are shipped via FedEx Express and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. US orders are shipped as Delivered Duty Paid, meaning applicable customs duties and import taxes are collected at checkout and no additional duties or taxes should be payable upon delivery.

Orders shipped outside Australia and the United States are sent as Delivered At Place. Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, or local taxes charged by authorities in the destination country. ArtistBooths is based in Australia and is not responsible for foreign taxes, customs charges, or delays caused by customs clearance.

9. Returns and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Please refer to that policy for eligibility, timeframes, and conditions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

10. Resale and Commercial Use

ArtistBooths products are sold for personal or internal business use only. Products may not be resold, repackaged, or redistributed commercially without our prior written consent.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, product names, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Pinbuds Pty Ltd or used with permission. "ArtistBooths" and associated branding are trademarks of Pinbuds Pty Ltd.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

12. User Feedback and Submissions

If you submit reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant ArtistBooths a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display this content for marketing or promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that is misleading, offensive, or inappropriate.

13. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Our website and order fulfilment rely on third-party services including, but not limited to, Shopify (e-commerce and payments), shipping carriers, and email and analytics providers. Your use of our website and services is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third parties. ArtistBooths is not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party platforms.

14. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely to process orders, provide support, and improve our services.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ArtistBooths is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use or inability to use our products, shipping delays or carrier-related issues, products arriving later than expected, or cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality.

All products are used at the customer's own risk.

Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinbuds Pty Ltd, ArtistBooths, and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products.

17. Force Majeure

ArtistBooths is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs delays, strikes, pandemics, or supply chain interruptions.

18. Event Compliance Responsibility

Event organisers set their own rules regarding booth size, structure, materials, and safety. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their setup complies with all applicable event requirements.

19. Limited Product Guarantee

Our products are designed to be durable and reusable but are not covered by a formal warranty beyond the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.

Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, excessive force, or normal wear is not eligible for return or refund. If your product arrives defective or damaged in transit, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

20. Accounts and Gated Content

Certain areas of our website, including customer-only collections or resources, may require an account and may be restricted to eligible customers (for example, existing ArtistBooths customers). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse gated content or breach these Terms.

21. Store Credit and Gift Cards

Any store credit or gift cards issued by ArtistBooths are non-transferable, have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be subject to expiry dates as stated at the time of issue. Store credit issued as a goodwill remedy or as part of a promotion is provided at our discretion and does not replace any statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of New South Wales.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ArtistBooths regarding your use of our website and services, and supersede any prior agreements.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
