What is a modular artist booth kit?

A modular artist booth kit is a set of interlocking frosted panels and connectors that snap together by hand, with no tools, to build display walls, shelves, and cubes for artist alley tables, convention booths, and markets. You arrange the panels to suit your space, then take it apart and rebuild it differently at your next event. Our kits are designed around a standard 180 cm / 6 ft table and can expand to cover a corner or a full booth.

How are your panels better than wire grid cubes?

Wire grid cubes work, but your art competes with the busy metal mesh and clutter showing through. Our frosted panels give you a clean, light-diffusing backdrop so your prints and merch stand out. They are far lighter than steel grids, pack completely flat for travel, and snap into different layouts in under 30 minutes with no tools.

What size tables do your kits fit?

Square Core Kit and Shapeshift Base Kit fit half tables and counters (around 90 cm / 3 ft). Shapeshift Kit fits a full 180 cm / 6 ft table with tall framing. Shapeshift Max Kit fits double and corner setups (360 cm / 12 ft), free-standing booths, and full convention exhibitor spaces. Every panel and connector is cross-compatible.

How long does setup take?

Most artists have their kit fully set up in under 30 minutes, with no tools and no zip ties. You simply snap the connectors into the panels and stack.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide using FedEx Express, and shipping is free on orders over $300 AUD. For 33 countries including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the EU, we ship Delivered Duty Paid so the price you see covers customs duties and import taxes.

Can I mix two colours in one kit?

Yes. The Shapeshift Duo and Duo Max kits are built to be two-tone. You can also mix in extra colours with accessory panel packs.

How much weight can these setups hold?

Each shelf panel holds up to 5 kg / 11 lb when built correctly, which covers prints, books, apparel, bags, figures and most 3D merch.

Peak Season Vendor Survival: Managing Five Shows In A Month

October through December. Five shows in thirty days. Maybe six if you are brave. This is peak season and it will either make your year or break your spirit. Here is how to survive it without losing your mind or your margin.

Calendar Triage

Not all five shows are equal. Rank them by expected revenue. Give your BEST energy and stock to the top two. The others get reliable effort but not hero-level preparation. Trying to peak at every single show is the fastest path to burnout.

Assembly Line Your Prep

Do not prep show by show. Prep by task. Print ALL signage for the month in one session. Package ALL gift bundles in one evening. Clean and inspect your modular display kit once at the start of the month, not before every show. Batch work saves hours.

The Recovery Day Rule

After every show, take one full day off. Not "off but packing for the next one." Actually off. If your show schedule does not allow recovery days, you have too many shows. Cut the lowest-revenue one and protect your energy for the ones that matter.

Stock Management

Track inventory after every show. Know exactly what you have before the next one. Running out of your best seller mid-month is avoidable if you are paying attention. Restock or reorder the moment you hit your minimum threshold, not after you sell the last one.

How do I decide which shows to cut if I am overbooked?
Revenue per hour. Calculate your total sales divided by hours at each show. Cut the lowest performer. Table fees, travel time, and setup effort all factor in.

Can I use the same display setup for all five shows?
Yes, and you should. Our full kit range is designed for rapid deploy and pack. Same structure every time. Change only the product mix based on the audience.

What if I get sick mid-season?
Have a backup plan. A friend who knows your setup, a simplified display version you can run at 60% effort, or the willingness to cancel one show. Health trumps revenue every time.
