The Budget Mistake New Vendors Make With Their First Table

New vendors almost always get their first-table budget wrong. Not by a little. By a lot. Here are the most common mistakes and what to do instead.

1. Spending everything on inventory, nothing on display. You printed 500 stickers and 200 prints but your display is a cardboard box and some tape.
