    You are already set up. The show starts in ten minutes. You know something is off about your booth but you do not have time for a rebuild. Here are five minute fixes that make a REAL difference.

    Straighten Your Tablecloth

    Pull it taut. Fold the excess underneath so it does not puddle on the floor. A straight tablecloth takes thirty seconds and instantly makes everything above it look more intentional. Wrinkles read as "rushed" and "I do not care."

    Move Your Hero Product Higher

    Whatever your best piece is, move it up. Put it on a riser, a stack of books, an upturned bin. Anything that gets it to eye level or close. You have been staring at your table from behind it. Walk around and look from the AISLE. That is what customers see.

    Add One Price Sign Visible From Six Feet

    Not a price on every item. One clear sign that says your price range. "Prints $10 to $30" in large text that someone can read from two tables away. Takes two minutes to write on a card. Removes the biggest barrier to approach.

    Hide Your Personal Stuff

    Bag, phone charger, water bottle, snack container. Under the table, behind the tablecloth, invisible. Every personal item visible on your table surface is a product that is not there. Your table is a stage. Backstage goes behind the curtain.

    Step Back And Look

    Walk six feet in front of your table and stop. What do you see? Can you tell what you sell? Can you see prices? Does anything look crooked? This sixty-second exercise catches problems you CANNOT see from behind the table.
