A Tale Of Two Displays

Meet Jess. She does six markets a year across three states. She used to drive everywhere because her display was a grid wall system that broke down into four pieces, each the size of a small door. It fit in her SUV. Barely. Flying was never an option.

What Changed

Run The Test On Your Setup

Be honest with yourself. Pull out your current display and ask the three questions.

Does it fit in a suitcase? Not "can I cram it in." Does it fit comfortably with room for a few other things? If your display case is larger than 60cm in any dimension, it's oversize baggage on most airlines.

Can one person carry it? From the car to the venue. From the taxi to the hotel lobby. Up a flight of stairs if the elevator's broken (it will be, at least once). If you need a trolley or a second pair of hands, it's too heavy or too awkward.

Under thirty minutes, no tools? Setup time is unpaid labour. Every minute you spend assembling is a minute you're not merchandising, not greeting early customers, not taking that clean booth photo for your feed.
