    You see a gorgeous booth on Instagram. Three-tier shelving, dramatic backdrop, LED lighting, product cascading down every surface. You copy it exactly. And at the show, it looks nothing like the photo.

    The Space You Have Is Not The Space They Had

    That Instagram booth had a 3m x 3m corner spot with two open sides and natural light. You have a 180cm table in the middle of a row with vendors on both sides. The same display in a different space is a completely different experience.

    Corner booths have room for depth. Row tables have room for width. What works spread across a large space looks cluttered when compressed. The display was never the problem. The FIT was.

    What To Copy And What To Skip

    Copy principles, not layouts. If that booth works because of height, add height to your space. If it works because of colour coordination, coordinate your colours. Do not copy the arrangement unless your physical space matches.

    Ask the organiser. Most vendor apps list dimensions. If they do not, email and ask. Standard is 180cm x 75cm.

    What if I have a corner booth?
