What is a modular artist booth kit?

A modular artist booth kit is a set of interlocking frosted panels and connectors that snap together by hand, with no tools, to build display walls, shelves, and cubes for artist alley tables, convention booths, and markets. You arrange the panels to suit your space, then take it apart and rebuild it differently at your next event. Our kits are designed around a standard 180 cm / 6 ft table and can expand to cover a corner or a full booth.

How are your panels better than wire grid cubes?

Wire grid cubes work, but your art competes with the busy metal mesh and clutter showing through. Our frosted panels give you a clean, light-diffusing backdrop so your prints and merch stand out. They are far lighter than steel grids, pack completely flat for travel, and snap into different layouts in under 30 minutes with no tools.

What size tables do your kits fit?

Square Core Kit and Shapeshift Base Kit fit half tables and counters (around 90 cm / 3 ft). Shapeshift Kit fits a full 180 cm / 6 ft table with tall framing. Shapeshift Max Kit fits double and corner setups (360 cm / 12 ft), free-standing booths, and full convention exhibitor spaces. Every panel and connector is cross-compatible.

How long does setup take?

Most artists have their kit fully set up in under 30 minutes, with no tools and no zip ties. You simply snap the connectors into the panels and stack.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide using FedEx Express, and shipping is free on orders over $300 AUD. For 33 countries including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the EU, we ship Delivered Duty Paid so the price you see covers customs duties and import taxes.

Can I mix two colours in one kit?

Yes. The Shapeshift Duo and Duo Max kits are built to be two-tone. You can also mix in extra colours with accessory panel packs.

How much weight can these setups hold?

Each shelf panel holds up to 5 kg / 11 lb when built correctly, which covers prints, books, apparel, bags, figures and most 3D merch.

The Pre-Season Display Check Every Touring Vendor Should Run

The new season starts in three weeks. Your display has been in storage since November. Before you pack it for the first show, run this check. It takes twenty minutes and prevents day-of disasters.

Structural Integrity

Set up your entire display at home. Every panel, every connector, every shelf. Check for cracks, loose joints, and pieces that do not lock firmly. A connector that was "fine" at the end of last season might have developed a stress fracture in storage. Better to find it now than at 6am on show day with our modular display kit parts ready to swap.

Cleanliness

Dust, storage grime, and mystery stains accumulate. Wipe down every panel and surface with a damp cloth. Check your tablecloth for stains you forgot about. A dirty display at the first show of the season sets a terrible tone.

Signage And Labels

Are your prices still accurate? Did you change your product range? Are your signs faded from last season? Update everything that is outdated. Print fresh copies of anything that looks tired. New season, clean signage.

Packing System

Last season you probably refined how you pack. Or maybe you just threw everything in a box by show forty. Either way, repack your display in proper order now. Display components in build sequence. Products in placement order. Signage on top.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I fully inspect my display?
At minimum, before the first show of each season and after any show where something felt off. A quick visual check takes two minutes before every show.

When should I replace my display entirely?
When more than three components need replacing, or when setup time has increased because of worn parts. Our full kit range means replacing the whole system is affordable.

Should I store my display assembled or disassembled?
Disassembled. Flat storage prevents warping and stress on connectors. Pack in a dry, climate-stable location away from direct heat.
