    Your First Setup Will Be Wrong

    Every long-term vendor says the same thing. Their first booth was overloaded, poorly lit, and took twice as long to set up. That is normal. The mistake is not learning from it. Take a photo of your setup at every show. Compare them over time. You will see the improvement and spot the patterns that keep repeating.

    Speed Matters More Than Perfection

    A good display up in twenty minutes beats a perfect display up in ninety. Those seventy extra minutes are selling time you never get back. Veteran vendors optimise for speed above almost everything. A modular display kit that sets up in under thirty minutes with no tools is not a shortcut. It is a strategic choice.

    Inventory Management Is Half The Battle

    Knowing what to bring is harder than knowing how to display it. Veterans track sales per show religiously. They know which prints sell at anime cons versus craft markets. They pack differently for each. The display stays consistent but the PRODUCT mix rotates.
