A modular artist booth kit is a set of interlocking frosted panels and connectors that snap together by hand, with no tools, to build display walls, shelves, and cubes for artist alley tables, convention booths, and markets. You arrange the panels to suit your space, then take it apart and rebuild it differently at your next event. Our kits are designed around a standard 180 cm / 6 ft table and can expand to cover a corner or a full booth.

Wire grid cubes do the job, but your art ends up competing with the busy metal mesh and whatever clutter shows through behind it. Our frosted panels give you a clean, light-diffusing backdrop, so your prints and merch are what people notice in a crowded hall, not the background. They are far lighter than steel grids, pack completely flat for travel, and snap into different layouts in under 30 minutes with no tools, so one kit reshapes to fit any table, corner or booth. And when you want a self-serve pin or charm wall, our wire grid and hook add-ons clip straight in, so you still get that browse-it-yourself setup without the heavy, messy look.

Kits are the heart of the range, and each one is designed to work as a whole, with matched panel and connector counts plus a few spares. If you want to top up a kit, add extra colours, or replace a piece, our accessory add-on packs have you covered: colour and wire panel packs, connectors, clips and hangers, sold in small packs on the accessories page. Bundle 3 or more items (accessories and/or kits) and an extra 5% off applies automatically.

The whole system is built around standard convention tables, and each kit is sized for a different footprint:

• Square Core Kit and Shapeshift Base Kit: half tables, counters and low stands (around 90 cm / 3 ft). Great when you want low walls and your tabletop kept visible.
• Shapeshift Kit: a full 180 cm / 6 ft table with tall framing. The best all-rounder for most artists.
• Shapeshift Max Kit: double and corner setups (360 cm / 12 ft), free-standing booths, and full convention exhibitor spaces.

Every panel and connector is cross-compatible, so you can start small and expand the same kit as your booth grows.

Each kit's colours are limited edition and exclusive to that kit, so the colours listed for a kit are the colours it comes in. If a colour shows as sold out, it is coming back, so it is worth checking again soon. If a colour is not offered in a kit today, it will not be added to that kit later, so the palette you choose stays unique to your setup. That said, you can still mix other shades into any setup with our accessory panel packs, which come in their own rotating range of colours.

We offer four main panel shapes: Squares (35 x 35 cm / 13.78 x 13.78 in), Hinged Squares or Doors (35 x 35 cm / 13.78 x 13.78 in), Half Squares (35 x 17.5 cm / 13.78 x 6.89 in), and Triangles (35 x 35 cm / 13.78 x 13.78 in sides). The square panels are the standard building block, while the half, hinged, and triangle panels add creative versatility.

Our modular cube panels are made from high quality frosted polypropylene (PP) plastic. They are lightweight yet durable, translucent so they let light through, and available in 19 or more colours. The connectors are made from sturdy ABS plastic, and our foldable hooks are made from PLA filament.

They are entirely our own. We are the original creators of this system, and everything from our panel shapes to our exclusive colours is designed by us and sold only by us. We do not dropship and we do not resell generic factory stock, so when you buy a kit you are getting a display setup you cannot find anywhere else.

Each shelf panel holds up to 5 kg / 11 lb when built correctly, which covers prints, books, apparel, bags, figures and most 3D merch. For heavier ranges, the wider and stacked layouts add stability, and you can build sturdy shelf framing rather than relying on hanging alone. The connectors lock everything into a rigid structure.

Yes. Every panel and connector is cross compatible, so you can mix and match kits or combine two kits for a larger setup. Accessory add-on packs are cross compatible too, so you can mix extra panel colours into any kit. The system is designed to grow with you, from half a table to a full or double table space, all with one kit.

Each kit includes frosted panels, connectors, and a setup guide. Larger kits add bonus accessories such as foldable clip hooks and special connectors.

Most artists have their kit fully set up in under 30 minutes, with no tools and no zip ties. You simply snap the connectors into the panels and stack. The more you do it, the faster it gets. There is also an optional mallet if you want to lock pieces firmly in place while keeping it easy on your hands.

The panels are built for display. Our foldable clip hooks snap onto the panels wherever you need them, so you can hang prints, posters, banners, and bags, and rearrange them as your layout changes. Because the panels also stack into cubes, you can create raised shelves for books, merchandise, and other items.

Yes. When built correctly, each shelf panel holds up to 5 kg / 11 lb, which is plenty for prints, books and merch. The connectors lock the panels into a rigid structure, and you can use the optional mallet to seat each joint firmly. For breezier outdoor markets, a slightly wider or stacked footprint adds stability, so keep taller walls anchored against your table and lower the height in strong wind. For most indoor halls it is rock solid.

Yes. The panels stack completely flat, and larger kits fit in checked luggage. If you need to, you can even take part of your panels as carry on, since the 35 x 35 cm panels and accessories fit within the usual 56 x 36 x 23 cm carry on allowance.

That is the whole idea. One kit reconfigures into different layouts for different events, sets up in minutes, and is built to last for years, so the cost is spread across many conventions rather than a single weekend. You can also expand the same kit over time instead of buying a new display.

Yes. We ship our modular booth kits worldwide using a range of shipping carriers, and shipping is free on orders over $300 AUD or the local equivalent.

Yes. Orders over $300 AUD, or the local equivalent, ship free to any country we deliver to.

Most of our kits clear that on their own, so a kit order usually arrives with shipping already included in the price.

We partner with reliable carriers so your order arrives safely. Within Australia we use Australia Post and FedEx. For international orders we use FedEx Express.

All orders ship from Sydney, Australia, and are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. During peak periods such as convention season, or for larger or more complex kits, processing can take longer. Processing times are estimates only, and delays can occur due to order volume, production schedules, or circumstances outside our control. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.

If you have an urgent convention, market, or artist alley event coming up, please contact us before ordering so we can advise whether delivery is likely in time.

We know convention deadlines are tight. Typical shipping times are: Australia metro 2 to 5 business days, Australia regional 5 to 10 business days, Australia rural 7 to 12 business days, United States 3 to 5 business days, and the rest of the world 7 to 21 business days.

In 33 countries, no. The price on the product page is the price you pay, and nothing is owed to the courier when your kit turns up.

We ship those orders Delivered Duty Paid, so shipping, customs duties and import taxes are all built into the price before you reach checkout. That covers Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Australian orders have never had duties, and all our prices include GST.

A handful of territories sit outside their own country's customs area and are not covered, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores, Madeira, Livigno, Campione d'Italia and Mount Athos. Orders anywhere else in the world may be charged local VAT, GST or import duties on delivery, and those are paid by the person receiving the parcel. Our Shipping Policy has the full list.

Shipping is free on orders over $300 AUD, or the equivalent in your local currency. That threshold applies to every country we ship to.

Our kits sit above it, so the price on a kit page is what you pay and shipping is already covered. Smaller accessories bought on their own, like hook packs, clips, or a single panel pack, fall under $300 and have shipping calculated at checkout. Adding them to a kit order, or reaching $300 in accessories, brings it back to free.

If you are in one of our 33 Delivered Duty Paid countries, that price also covers customs duties and import taxes, so nothing is owed when the parcel arrives.

We choose well insured, reliable carriers on purpose. Your event dates matter, so we use channels that reduce the risk of delays, loss, or panels being warped or damaged by budget couriers.

Yes. All orders are sent with track and trace services, and you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Damaged in transit? Tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box and the parts and we will replace what broke or find another resolution. We stand behind every kit we ship.

Changed your mind? Unopened kits can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your cost, and because a kit is a large parcel it can run to around $300, so we suggest using the kit quiz or messaging us before you order if you are unsure on size or colour. Opened kits cannot be returned for change of mind.

Panels and connectors are a wear-and-tear product made of rigid plastic. They are light and pack flat, but they can snap if forced, dropped or over-tightened, so we do not offer a fixed-term warranty.

What we do cover: anything that arrives broken or faulty, reported within 7 days of delivery with photos. Every kit also ships with spare panels and connectors, and replacement packs are always in the shop, so one snapped part never takes your whole booth down.

Split your order into 4 equal payments over 6 weeks, with no interest and no extra fees. You pay the first 25% at checkout, then the remaining 3 payments are charged automatically every 2 weeks. Your order ships straight away.

We offer Pay in 4 through both Afterpay and PayPal at checkout. If you have a PayPal account, Pay in 4 is built right in. For Afterpay, you will create a quick account on your first purchase. Both do a soft credit check with no impact on your score.
