A full table backdrop sounds like something that needs its own oversized bag. It doesn't have to. Here's how vendors are getting a complete standard 6ft table setup into a single suitcase without paying oversize fees or crossing their fingers at baggage claim.

1. Pick a panel system, not a frame system. Rigid frames and PVC pipe backdrops don't collapse small. Flat panels do.
