Indoor Con Halls vs Outdoor Markets: Two Different Display Games

We'll say it plainly. Indoor con halls and outdoor markets are not the same job wearing different clothes. They're two different games, and vendors who treat them the same usually get burned once before they learn.

Indoors, you're fighting for attention under fluorescent lights next to a hundred other booths screaming for the same eyeballs. Height and colour win that fight. You want panels stacked tall, art facing outward at eye level, and a setup that reads clearly from ten feet away in a crowd moving at con-hall speed. Nobody outdoors is competing with a wall of booths behind them, but indoors that wall is your whole battlefield.

Outdoors it's a completely different fight. You're not competing with booth density, you're competing with the sky. Sun glare, gusts, the chance of rain rolling in an hour before close. A setup that looks incredible under con lighting can get wrecked by ten minutes of wind if it wasn't built with that in mind. Weight distribution and quick teardown matter more outdoors than colour theory ever will.

Here's the part people miss. You don't need two different display systems for these two worlds. You need ONE system that reconfigures.
